A few members of the swedish team at the Plymouth
World´s 1970

A shot from the World´s at Plymouth 1970 showing the webmaster with a "High & Dry" bottle in his hands (oh, yes it is water in the bottle - did you expect anything else?). To his right he is flanked by Göran Pettersson, later to become a top figure in various international racing rule committes and Anders Heuman (white cap), the ruthless helmsman that forced his brother Lars to make a stand thus forming the International Trapeze Workers Union (ITWU) in 1966.
As you can see in the picture Göran is desparately trying to open his bottle with a screwdriver. Only several years later did we include full sets of bar tools in our tool boxes!
To Pelle´s left is Hans "Bula" Andersson later to become a notorious leader of the Västra Frölunda ice hockey team.
