More than 140 old 505 friends including wifes and partners as well as the webmaster of this sight gathered in Burnham-on-Crouch on April 15th for a party at the Royal Corinthian Yacht Club. Many of the participants had not seen each other for some 25-30 years and consequently spirits rose skyhigh.
It was truly a night to remember and more than I propably felt that it was a shame that time was so scarce. One just didn´t find the time to have a chat with each and everyone.
So, may I take this opportunity to apologise to anyone who felt I was ignoring them. I would also like to thank you all for making Christer´s and my sailing years in the 505 so memorable. Pelle Båth
